Thinking. (The Start of the 365 Day Challenge.)

Lately I have been thinking a lot. Assessing my life and just spending time reflecting on where I am right now, in this present moment. I came to a few conclusions; one being that I am probably the happiest I have ever been, but one stood out, and that was this blog, in particular the fact that I don’t write for this blog half as much as I should, and would like. Honestly, uploading a blog post is my favourite thing to do. Just seeing the likes come in (granted it isn’t many, but it’s still super cool) always feels extremely rewarding, yet, due to laziness, I haven’t uploaded a blog post in almost a month and this must change. So I have decided to make a bold decision, one which I aim to stick to and complete, and that is to upload an Instagram picture and hopefully an accompanying blog post every day for 365 days, or a year, as 365 days is known. I feel this will be a great way to document the year and maybe even inspire others as there isn’t much positivity on social media these days. Now, hear me out, the blog post may not happen every day. In an ideal world it will, but uni and stuff, so sometimes it will only be a picture, or a very short post, but still, there will be something. And it won’t just be a stupid Instagram picture either, it will be something that has inspired me in that day, something I’ve done etc. Kind of like a mini blog post in itself. But yeah, I have made a new Instagram account for this (so not the one on the side of this page), I would love it if you could follow it. The account is @mrharrisondavis (just click that and it should appear like magic).

Anyway, that’s all from me. Hope you’re all doling well and thanks for reading. Keep smiling Harrison.

Allergic to “E” Challenge

Okay, so amazing fellow blogger Sophie nominated me for this incredibly hard and unique challenge called the “Allergic to E Challenge (as you have probably already established from the title). The challenge requires you to write a paragraph without using the letter ‘E‘ and seeing as E is one of my top 26 letters, this challenge is going to be super hard for me.

First of all, here are the rules:

1) Write a whole paragraph ( a paragraph sounds easy right?) without any word containing the letter “e” (still easy for ya?)
2) By reading this you are already signed up.
3) Challenge at least five bloggers to do the challenge. They must do it within 24 hours or it is considered as failure.
4) If you fail or pass, suffer in the Page of Lame.
5) If you win, wallow in the Page of Fame.
6) You can check your standings on my menu Your Standings.

Okay, so here goes… (I tried to write a story including an idol of mine, Mr Seth Rollins)

Mr Rollins was a charming man, always saying what was right and in no way what was wrong. This took him far in our world and an opportunity to grow into a fruitful actor was built thanks to his way with words. Mr Rollins took this opportunity and ran with it, acting in various films and winning many awards, including an Oscar. Mr Rollins was now awfully famous and particularly cocky. Bragging of his popularity, Mr Rollins grown annoying and was soon cast off by all of his fans. Poor Mr Rollins was now solo and lost all of his cash. Mr Rollins took up drugs and was highly unhappy, thoughts of killing his own human sprang up. Mr Rollins, thankfully, is still living to inform humans of his story and says that his moral of his story is not to allow popularity to go to your brain.

Okay, so there we go, I tried. I apologise for how morbid that got at the end and I didn’t realise how many words contained the letter E haha, also I think grammar went out the window, oops.

I can’t think of anyone to nominate (soryyyy) so anyone who happens to read this, feel free to do it!

I’d like to thank for making this post possible, I couldn’t have done it without them. And thankyou to Sophie for the nomination 🙂 Also, how do I not have all the letter e’s highlighted? I didn’t mean that 😂

Keep smiling, Harrison 🙂
